This project is included to show experience with office projects.
With the new growth of in the town of Milton, Louisiana, the Milton Water System made plans to build a new water treatment plant to better serve its residents. Along with the new plant, a new central office would be built to better serve the day to day operations of the water system and replace the existing location. The new office 2,100 square foot office was designed to provide enough space for a meeting room that can seat up to 30 people, lobby space for residents to pay water bills, large clerks office, office spaces, breakroom, and water quality lab. With the new plant and office adjacent to a residential subdivision, the exterior of the building was designed to have a more residential feel to help it fit in with the residential surroundings.
